Morale Checks

One thing I like to do as a senior associate is to walk the halls, knock on the doors of more junior associates and see how they are doing. I'm always sure to let them know that I am there specifically for a morale check, so they don’t get the wrong idea and start telling me their actual thoughts and feelings.
