Anger Billing
Some clients are particularly unreasonable and demanding and will ask that you serve them without regard to external circumstances. One non-violent way to let off some steam is to engage in “anger billing” in response to these unreasonable requests. A couple examples of anger billing – if you bill an hour at 2 AM because a client asked for something at 10 PM that they need then next morning, that hour gets recorded as two billable hours; if you bill twenty minutes here and there throughout the day while on vacation in Hawaii, you might just bill the whole day for the constant annoyance. You know what works even better than anger billing? Screaming "no" to these types of requests in a loud high-pitched voice.
